He worked for a high-end London agent, Faron Sutaria in South Kensington and moved into a successful career with Halifax Property Services in Bournemouth & Poole. In 1999, Julian set up Fahren Estate Agents in Bournemouth.

Emma Hobson

Emma Hobson Property Manager

We are excited to introduce Emma who joins us as a Property Manager.With several years of experience in the property sector, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, professional approach to the role.

Emma will be working closely with both landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth, stress-free letting process. Her keen eye for detail and dedication to excellent customer service make her a fantastic addition to our agency.

When she’s not helping clients, Emma is a keen cook and loves entertaining her friends and family as well as exploring the local countryside, exercising on the beach, sea dipping and taking trips in her camper van with her daughter. We’re thrilled to have her on board and know she’ll be an invaluable asset to our team.

After working as a freelance estate agent, I felt it was time to take the next step and join a well-established agency full-time. This role allows me to further develop my skills while helping clients find the perfect rental properties and supporting the business in its continued growth. With a passion for property and customer service, I look forward to making a positive impact in the industry.

While not a full-time employee, Alanah helps to support Fahren Estate Agents on Saturdays, allowing us to offer additional viewings and appointments to those that aren’t able to get out of work during the weekdays. She recently completed her Finance degree with Exeter and displayed a desire to understand the property market and has been with us since.

Alanah is focused and determined, and her next goal is to either pursue a master’s degree in Fintech or move abroad (or both)! She enjoys spending her free time at the gym, travelling or having quality time with friends and family.

Wendy HewittAccounts for Fahren Estate Agents

Wendy looks after the accounts at Fahren, processing payments, ensuring rent is collected on time and liaising with landlords about financial matters. Her spare time is spent running around after children, husband and tennis balls!
